Bio

Born in the town of Byrne on the Continent of Devi, Jud Favel always found an interest the way buildings and structures were built. Graduating middle of his class at the University of Til'ahn for structural engineering he worked on many restoration projects after both the Klingon and Bluegill invasion.

In 2387, He was invited to participate in a design think tank for setting up a structure to handle the tectonic and tidal stress of Luxis III.

In 2390, he was allowed to lead the building and setup of the Rei'falo outpost and stayed on to help bring the rest of the systems online, including the environmental shields to protect the outside of the facility from waves and rain. This would allow more outside experiments against the weather.
