Similar in function and purpose to the [[Intrepid Ready Room|captain's Ready Room]], this office allows the executive officer to perform personnel evaluations, have one-on-one meetings, and perform administrative functions. Standard features are a desk, a desktop viewer, a sitting area, and a food replicator terminal. Marcus had his office decorated with a portrait of himself with his ex-wife Vojana, and over the door are two 19 century swords, a present from Lieutenant [[S'Lone_i-Ra'thleifl_tr'Khellian|Tr'Khellian]], to remember himself that outside those doors there's a battlefield that could take many forms.

The Atlantis XO Office is located on Deck 02 to the starboard side of the deck.
 
There are two desk top computer systems, the one on the credenza is mostly for results of test and scans.  The One on the main desk is used for everyday duties.  The window in front of the desk has a large Master Display Systems that is a holographic projection that can be turned on or off at will.  The MDS is tracking in real time the space around the ship and other zones that can be changed with the First Officer input.
 
The small table with four chairs in the far corner of the office can often be found with a great many stacks of PADDS laying on it.  Staff turn in there reports via PADD on that table so they can be read for the XO's daily report to the commanding officer.
