Hi there, and welcome to the 118wiki!
So you know, moving an article automatically creates a redirect at the previous title. As your User page is meant to be about you, the writer, I've changed the redirect to a link.
Also, pictures can be scaled and aligned within a page if you wish. Where the basic code might be [[Image:File.jpg]], it can be moved to the right hand side by changing the code to [[Image:File.jpg|right]] which will automatically wrap text around the picture.
