This category is hidden. By default, this category is not shown on the pages that are located in it.
If you wish to see hidden categories on a pages, select “Show hidden categories” in the “Appearance” section of the user preferences. |
Template Documentation
Turns a category into a hidden category and informs the reader of that fact and how to see hidden categories.
Basic usage:
{{Hidden category}}
If you wish to make a category hidden, place this template at the top of the category page. The template contains the MediaWiki magic word __HIDDENCAT__, so you don't need to write it to the category page yourself. The template will place the hidden category to Category:Hidden categories.
If you want the smaller version of this template, set parameter "mini" to "yes".

If you want to showcase the template without turning the category hidden, set parameter "includecat" to "no".
