Alacem Ukinix (nee Sada) was an infamous, ruthless and successful Representative at the Reconciliation Forums of Betazed and the Betazoid Government Council. He married the former Ninth House matriarch Kirolow Ukinix in 2311.
When Kirilow became the matriarch of the Ninth House, Alacem ceased practising law to focus on running the Ninth House side by side with her.
Alacem died in 2374 during the Dominion invasion of Betazed.
