I was the first CO of Ops, but I don't remember the exact date that I started. It seems like it was some time in 1996, so I've updated the history to show that. When I played the CO, Wolf was an Admiral, and there was no Captain. From what I can tell, Rowena was played by Ciara Randor. The only records I have show her as the XO to the USS Ithaca (an NPC ship), which apparently was connected to the Daris Colony. The only reference I can find to this person being on Ops was UFOP Reporter #18, Stardate 9802.20, where it states he received a promotion as an officer of StarBase 118. Rowena Dannen
