The Kingdoms of Tanal and Bryque existed before the civil war, and shared one continent on Tilhon.
The two kingdoms are the smallest, but hold great sway in the House of Electors, as they are moderate kingdoms, which tend to vote as a bloc -- thus creating a swing vote.
