In an attempt to standardize the pips images for the USS Challenger the followng pips image files are no longer neccisary and can be deleated:
* Image:CGold-ensign.jpg Reason: Double/doesn't follow naming scheme

* Image:CY-ltjb.jpg Reason: Double/Typo in the name
