One of the first people Sevantha met on ship, having recruited her into a holodeck adventure with Cadfael Peters. Sevan finds herself somewhat awkward around Charles due to his tendency to have a very active thought process that she can hear and sometimes struggles to differentiate when he is speaking mentally and when he is speaking verbally. It isn’t a problem for her personally but she is very aware that he likely isn’t aware nor wants her hearing his internal dialogue. She is aware he seems to have some sort of trauma, she hasn’t tried to approach it, though she is fairly curious.  
Charles was one of the first people she met on the ship and initially, Sevantha wasn't sure what to make of him and she was sure he felt similar in regards to her. Due to his brief death in Frontier Day and Sevantha being the responding Doctor to helping revive him and calling to him psychically, the two have developed a bond. The two have shared similar loss and grief as well as emotional struggles which makes him easy to relate to now, especially since he doesn’t take issue with talking to her telepathically with him when she struggles to express herself. She looks forward to the eventual sharing of a bottle of Jalara Fire with him.

Sevantha and Chris have really only met in passing in the Pagrati Lounge for the holodeck adventure planning. He was pleasant enough to give Gwen and Sevan a few idea of where to explore.  
The two initially met in passing in the Pagrati Lounge and met again when Chris was transported to Sickbay with multiple serious injuries. After learning Sevantha was in fact not an angel or all knowing being, and he was not dead in heaven, there was a bit of an awkward exchange where Sevantha became aware of Chris’s own internal struggle of self-importance, self-loathing, and sense of duty. She was pretty sure things ended awkwardly between them, until he mentally jumpscared her in the Pagrati Lounge. She’s not sure what their dynamic is but at least it's not awkward, and it's kind of fun.
