Peirse is a lucky man who won the genetic lottery. Born to parents with no status, his excessive neurotransmitters allowed him to develop telepathic and empathic gifts that made him in high demand. Caught up in the game of the Houses, eventually, he climbed his way into the top suitors of 7th House vassal Tesslana Saa. He has lived the easy life with his wife and he is smarter than to question her will. Still he’s not entirely heartless and that’s evident in his fondness for his children. When Sevantha developed her abilities early, he was the one who sat with her when she had to be institutionalized, as he believes it was his genetics that caused her issues. Sevan has a fondness for her father though is frustrated by his cowardice in front of her mother, but understands men are at the bottom of hierarchy in her culture. As his only surviving child, as of late he’s taken more fondness for Sevantha, but has to sometimes hide his favoritism from his wife or will attempt to charm her down from more extreme points of action.
