|Madison met Commander Alora DeVeau when she was assigned to Starbase 118 Operations and the USS Narendra. Alora was the first member of the crew that Madison interacted with on the academy green at Starbase 118. Alora provided her with the gift of a lovely plant, productive conversation, and offered Madison support in her career going forward. The two of them meshed well together and became friends in little time. Unfortunately, their time working together was cut short when Alora was transferred to Denali Station abruptly. However, they still remain in consistent communication through subspace and do not allow distance to dissolve their friendship. Madison considers Alora to be a highly regarded role model of hers and she has an appreciation for Alora's guidance throughout her career.
