Ashtad was born on Mythos II, a mid-tech world located in Sector 63. Though not as famous as Pacifica, it still is well know for both its "natural" recreation and farmlands that help supply the food to a good portion of the system. Raised on a small <by the standards of the people on Mythos II> farm owned by his
parents, he learned the values of hard work and getting the job done right the first time from an early age. Not content with being a farmer like his father, Ash always had a fascination with the stars and at an early age decided that he wanted to join Starfleet. His father, a 6th generation Farmer, disapproved of the young mans choices, but didn't stand in his sons way. Supported by his mother and younger sisters, he studied hard during his school years, and managed to past the necessary requirements to enter Starfleet Academy. Attending the Pacifica campus, he majored in Security and minored in both Comm/ops and Tactical. Full of nervous energy, he normally had his fingers or foot tapping when he is "idle". He loved listening to music of all kinds, reading and cooking.
