Constitution Player Achievements were OOC achievements that were earned by USS Constitution players for completing IC or OOC tasks, adventures and challenges.
These Achievements were handed out by the Conny Staff to players.
Each Achievement has its own icon, which can be displayed on the wiki. That can be your player page, character bio or forum signature. All icons are made by the fantastic designers at www.flaticon.com.
To easily display an Constitution Player Achievement on the wiki, use the CPA template by simply writing:

These achievements are given for IC challenges not specific to a particular duty post or character interaction.

Your character spent more time in Sick Bay than any other non medical character

Play a villain MSNPC in a mission

Participate in a Space Battle / Fight a boarding party
All hands battle stations
Issue a red alert
Phaser Master
Take out three or more foes in one fight without getting shot yourself.

Survive a fight without a weapon

Tricorder Tinkerer
Use a tricorder reading to start a new (side)plot
