Chronological History
Thalas was born on Andoria but at the age of three his father gained a job at Starfleet Academy. He taught new recruits in the HCO role. Thalas was the oldest of his siblings who were all born on Earth. He had always watched the shuttles coming and going and wished to go up their. Maybe this was because his father loved flying himself. At the age of 9 he lost his mother when a Starfleet shuttle lost control and crashed into their apartment. He was there when this happened. He was recovered from the flaming wreck with many broken bones and a scar down his cheek. He has kept this so he will never forget his mother.
This led to a downward path where he was consistently arrested by the security force. Mostly for stealing. By the time he was 17 he had just been convinced to join Starfleet by an old friend. This was an unlikely friend. A Klingon by the name of Ch’oragh Goctann. He was a friend of his mothers from her time near Qo’nos as a medical trainee.
At the academy, th’Koro studied Particle Physics and in the HCO role. He was near the top of his class in helmsmanship.(only bested by a Klingon and another Andorian). However in communications and operations he was only mediocre. He had never been very good at conversations, most likely because of his teenage years. In Science he only just scraped a pass which left a dent in his dignity. He has never enjoyed science but his father had insisted on it. He made many good friends at the Acadeny but the hardest thing was saying goodbye to his fiancé (Emma Walters) to go to Starbase 118.
In his spare time he often enjoys piloting speeders and catching up with his love.
