Chronological History
Selern Erelis had a wonderful childhood on Andoria. He was a very bright student that never put enough work in. After second school he worked with his father repairing hoppers.
Erelis then married a beautiful infrastructure manager named Noura Seikerk, having met at a local Dom Jot establishment. Noura divorced Selern only four years later when they discovered Selern could not produce children.
Heart-broken and depressed from unfulfilled work, Erelis enrolled as enlisted personnel to Starfleet. The goal gave him something to do with his life, and he took to the discipline very nicely. After two years working on ships, stations and vehicles between Andoria, Vulcan and Earth, Erelis had found new purpose and enrolled in Starfleet Academy to be an officer.
His career path was engineering major with a minor in tactics. His extracurriculars included swimming, running and mock council. He graduated with honors, and also won a silver medal in the 3000m swim during Academy Track.
