Relationships
Another participant of the Multispecies Initiative, Suron's relationship with Specialist Karami began on the bad side when she showed disgust for the way Anticans ate. After a first confrontation, however, both are trying to solve their differences and get to know each other, and their respective species and cultures.
- Tarem
Chieftain of his pack, Tarem is the one that has taught Suron everything he knows, and encouraged him to join Starfleet, first in a planetary base, and now on the Darwin-A as part of the Multispecies Initiative.
Pack
Suron's pack, the M'K'T, involves a bit over a hundred people, although the exact number changes continuously. They live and hunt in the savanna near the equator of Antica. Their chieftain, Tarem, is one of the main defenders of the idea that Anticans should learn to hunt in space, with starships, and make this part of their regular lifestyle. As such, Suron's pack has a spaceship in which they occasionally leave the planet to fight the Selay.
Involvement in Starfleet
Suron joined Starfleet encouraged by Chieftain Tarem M'K'T. The chieftain believed that Anticans, who lived for and by the Hunt, had to expand their horizons and learn about the Hunt between the Stars, the hunt of starships. As such, he sent Suron to join Starfleet after Antica became an established member of the Federation. His first assignment was not on a starship, as he served for two years in a planetary base, but once the Multispecies Initiative was created, he used it to join the Darwin, where he expects to learn the way starships fight.
As for food, whenever he is not on a planet where prey is available, he uses replicated foods that were introduced to the computer memory minutes after he hunted them himself, making them a fresh hunt in terms nutritional value, which is a workaround he is still getting accustomed to.
