Background
Walter was one of the most intelligent people in his class in the academy. Originally he was being trained as an engineer, but someone had caught on to his aptitude test scores and found out that he had doctored them by answering some questions incorrectly on purpose. Upon further investigation into Walter's background, SFI took a keen interest in the young man. They found he had an uncanny knack at being able to find inconsistencies very easily and in the end, Walter was pulled into service with SFI.
Walter mainly works as a data analyst, finding details that are reported inconsistently and working to find the problems in reports, then works to investigate the dealings.
