Halloween Avatar Contest

The Halloween Avatar Contest is a once-yearly event, held in October. Ships that choose to participate choose a theme (like "Pirates") and assign a character to each player. Each player then uploads a new avatar onto the forums that corresponds with this theme. Each team is judged on originality and quality of their avatars.

1. Originality of theme: TNG members? FAIL!
2. Design quality of avatars: Are they all uniform? High score!
3. Number of crew members checked in: For example, 5 Halloween Avatars out of 12 Crew Members = 42%
