Background
Tylon Jaxx(Zeed) is the father of Andrus Jaxx. He served on the Board of Directors for the University of Betazed prior to the Dominion War. After the war, he assumed the office of High Defense for Betazed, and later was elected to represent the planet of Betazed in the Federation Council. He has a tough exterior, but gentle mind. He is often direct when it comes to negotiations and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goal.
