Personal History
Lilliana was born in a small village on Betazed. Her mother is a member of one of Betazed's noble houses and was busy more often then not while Lilli was growing up. Her father is a scientist who often makes off-world research trips. Lilliana's sister Lavinia, was left in charge of Lilliana whenever both parents were gone. The two were very close up until Lavinia was old enough to travel with her mother.
At home, Lilli was taught by a governess. She didn't attend tradition school until her university years. Lilliana studied at the University of Betazed and earned a degree in Political Science. About half way through, she realized that she wanted more out of life than she had so far. A foreign student suggested Starfleet to her and after much thought and at the dismay of her mother, Lilliana enrolled in Starfleet Academy shortly after graduating from the University of Betazed. While there, she studied counseling and hopes to one day combine her knowledge of politics and people to create her career.
