History

John Stark was born on a starship, the USS Trieste, which was destroyed at Wolf 359 on 2367 when he was just 1 years old. He and his mother were able to escape where he continued to be raised on the USS Victory during his younger years. Most of that time was alone as there were not very many children on the older Constellation-Class starship, save for his baby brother which he had to care for. He spent much of his time studying while his mother was busy with her duties. During adolescence, he moved back to Earth with his father and older sister at the Daystrom Institute while attending high school and, much to his father’s chagrin, chose to enlist in Starfleet.

At the Academy, John took classes that included Starship Communication & Operations, Computer Information Systems, Holographic Communications Programming & Development, Dynamic Inversions of Long Range Communications and Subspace Field Mechanics.
