Echo Squad (SARS Training Squad)

Echo Squad is a training squad in Starfleet Academy that cadets can join in prepairation for full tume SARS duties upon graduation. Cadet will be specialising in search and rescue piloting operations.

On stardate 239803.12, during a training flight in the Kuiper Belt, Cadet Nilsen lost control of his shuttle and collided with another, resulting in a devastating crash into an asteroid. Nilsen escaped with a broken ankle, but Cadet Sh'Mais was left in intensive care for several months. The subsequent media attention and on going rivaly with Cadet Blackwood, lead to Cadet Nilsen being kicked out of Echo Squad
