INCIDENT REPORT: SD 238310.15
  • Filed Charge: Article 106: Impersonation of officer, non commissioned or petty officer, or agent or official
  • Incident: Ensign Ch'Nilmani attempted to get another ensign out of DS-17 lock up by impersonating a high ranking officer from another vessel.
  • Disciplining Officer: Rear Admiral Jessa Anassasi
  • Disciplinary Action Taken: Letter of Reprimand, one week in the brig.
  • Disciplining Officer Remarks: Though it is admirable in a way that Ch'Nilmani took "never leaving someone behind", he crossed the line and interfered with the orderly conduct of justice.
INCIDENT REPORT: SD 238810.20
  • Filed Charge: Article 131d: Wrongful refusal to testify.
  • Incident: Lieutenant Ch'Nilmani lied under oath about the disposition and location of the defendant.
  • Disciplining Officer: Captain Robert Morgan
  • Disciplinary Action Taken: Reduction to the rank of Ensign. (UPDATE: Suspended by Order of Starfleet Command)
  • Disciplining Officer Remarks: It was found that Lieutenant Ch'Nilmani had lied under oath to protect the defendant's whereabouts and actions. UPDATE: Due to the defendant's undisclosed situation with Starfleet Intelligence. This action was done without the knowledge of SFI or that Ch'Nilmani knew of the situation. Proper protocol was not followed. No action was taken due to direct order of Starfleet Command. NOTE: Captain Morgan has directed the office to be transferred from his vessel.
