During the year 2366 some Angosian war veterans rebelled against the civil government who had banned them to the penal settlement on an Angosian moon, Lunar V. Due this fact and the unacceptable policies involving these veterans, the Angosians’ petition to join Federation was put on hold for the immediate future. | |||
