* Especially since specific pages exist to explain each Starfleet department and duty post already. It doesn't add much, I don't think. Then again, if I was an ensign newly assigned to the Starbase, would I consult it, looking for information on how to do my job? Possibly. It does seem kind of like a placeholder, though - not enough info to warrant it, but too little to actually mark it as useful.
