Hey, so I know the kuro rank set provided the additional ranks, but I've always found it a bit silly when an alien race has the exact same number of ranks as Starfleet. In addition, in TOS, we know that a Tholian commander is a senior-level officer who can command a starship, so it's at least a Starfleet commander equivalent if not a captain similar to Romulan commanders. Taking from the [http://sto.gamepedia.com/Category:Tholian_ground_forces added ranks by Star Trek Online] (which were presumedly approved by CBS) and adding two additional flag officer ranks, what do you think of simplifying the Tholian rank system to the following: | |||
