Members promoted to Commander have joined the ranks of our group staff. This multi-step process starts with the completion of the [[Training Team]]'s requirements to become a certified Training Officer. Next, candidates must be nominated by their commanding officers and at least one other Captains Council member ranked Commander or above or their first officer. The candidates should also be facilitating or otherwise actively contributing to an OOC [[taskforce]].
