Alexander Morning is charming, sophisticated, and is considered to be one of the Federations most controversial Media personalities. Alexander is despite his reputation and face value an elusive white collar criminal. Extremely crafty and cunning, famous for his ability to find information through the most seemingly impossible means.  He is known for his good looks, his fitness, his brilliant out-of-the-box thinking, ability to talk, lie or charm his way into/out anything, charisma and bluntly egotistical personality.  These traits proved to be crucial necessities in his line of work, and serve as an advantage in the many instances.

Little else is known about Alexander, other than the fact he didn't finish high school, and that his extensive knowledge of various subjects is  self taught. From then he became a resident in New York.

When he had a brush with the law after disembarking a auxiliary craft during an investigation, he feared that his cover was compromised and fled to San Francisco, where he got a job as Fact checker for the Federation News Service. With his skills as con artist and his alibi confirmed, Alex continued his acquisition of information both for money and the progress of his career with the FNS, becoming obsessesd with know gaining the credibility his family had lacked.
