Bio
Telli was once a chef on Peliar, deciding that he'd rather travel the stars, and explore the universe was something his wife at the time Belija admired him for. He enlisted in Starfleet, and excelled at his chosen job, security.
While Telli was never one to excel at hand to hand combat, he made up for it with his prowess with a phaser, and his ability to go undetected, as well as underestimated. During his time at the Academy he gained the nickname "The Tellerman" due to
his quick draw, and quick wit.
The most notable of Telli's service history is his time with Daniel McGillian aboard the USS Alamo, and prior to that, the USS Forrester. The battle with the Gorn in 2383, which saw the USS Forrester destroyed, also caused Telli to lose his wife.
Despite Telli's many years of Starfleet service he has not yet become a Master Chief Petty Officer, mostly because Telli does quite hate paperwork. He also may have been quick to phaser someone who got a bit overly hostile from the Pelian's perspective and well, they filed an excessive force complaint. Hey, hes a small guy, whats he gonna do? Restrain them?
As far as his personality goes, he is a mostly relaxed Chief. He knows when to push the issues, and when to not. He also loves cooking, and is a fan of the vast different types of music that Starfleet comes across as they visit different worlds and civilizations.
As far as his job is concerned, he excels at security operations that require stealth. As a Pelian, he is exceptionally sneaky. And on more than one occasion he has caught someone who didn't even know he was there.
