* [[Boothby Award]] - Presented by Quinn Reynolds: I love presenting this award! It gives me a chance to honour one of our fabulous training team and thank them for investing their time and energy in one of the fleet’s most important endeavours. Genkos Adea has proven himself one of the Training Team’s most dedicated members and volunteers regularly, in any post that’s needed. He brings his trademark wit to the role and ensures that classes big and small run smoothly, guiding both the training team members and cadets through the week with patience and positivity. The nominations spoke not just of the cadets who learned from him and thanked him in their feedback, but also staff who’ve used his leadership and mentoring as a gold standard when stepping into the CO roles themselves. High praise, and very well deserved, and it’s for this reason I am delighted to present Genkos Adea with the 2022 Boothby Award!

* [[Khan Award]] - From the Resolution to the Excalibur to the Artemis, Elliot has enjoyed the pleasure of writing for one of our favorite villains in the Borderlands: CloQ, the maniacal member of the Q Continuum who loves dropping our crew in some of the most interesting scenarios in which I’ve had a chance to write. This character has become about entrenched in the history of our ship as some of us, and he’s the adversary we all love to hate.
* [[Pathfinder Award]] - This isn’t Elliot’s first (or even second) time receiving this award. He first received the Pathfinder in 2396 on the Gorkon and again in 2399 on the Excalibur. I’ve had the great pleasure of writing with Elliot for a number of years now, and since we first started writing together on the Resolution nearly years ago (yikes!), I have also served with him as a member of the ship’s staff. Believe me when I say that mentoring you goons is not always easy (I kid, I kid), but Elliot has a way of working with his mentees that provide efficient feedback while also being supportive of character (and writer) goals.
* [[Silver Palm]] - While I’ve already heaped praise on Elliot for his devious characters and his mentoring, I’d be remiss if I didn’t also take the opportunity to appreciate the levity with which he approaches our community. It’s true that it’s the job of the command staff to keep the morale of the ship positive, Elliot has a way of injecting British humo(u)r to his IC and OOC interactions that makes our ship’s dynamic more enjoyable for everyone.
