|BLURB=Lephi was an Ensign under Lael's wing as an Engineer. So, Elizabeth and Lael had several encounters that way at first, but soon went and developed a friendship outside that really started taking off after their encounter on Eladar IV where they along with Noa Levinson, had fought side by side when an attack broke out against a race that were more passivists than fighters. Elizabeth was sad to see Lael be reassigned and misses her presence on the ship.
