Originally born in Venice, Italy, Dante’s father (Adamo Termine) is a renown opera tenor. His inter-stellar fame meant a life touring the stars for young Dante. Never in one place for too long, Dante struggled to find friends and have stable relationships for most of his younger life. He was schooled in science and math by a data pad, but he learned his lessons in humanity from watching dramas and comedies played upon the stage. However, the only place he seemed to find true comfort was at the large receptions his father was often invited to. There, amongst a sea of socialites and aristocrats, Dante would always find children his own age that he could befriend, even if it was for the briefest moment. It was also during these parties that Dante first encountered Starfleet officers. He was captivated immediately by their gorgeous uniforms, and permanently by their stories of travelling the stars, spreading peace and good relations wherever they went.
