-:The Zalkonian are a species of unusual contrasts with some aspects of their society seeming to be primitive and barbaric while others show clear indications of technical advancement and sophistication. The other confusing aspect of their society is that most have some degree of telekinetic ability and yet they seem to prefer to do certain things the hard way. They are for the most part a healthy, active society but many workers use their abilities extensively when working.
