There does not seem to have been much in the way of advancement since then. If anything it seems like they have stagnated. It is believed that thiw was due to the amount of damage and rebuilding that had to be done on all colonies. They probaly switched from research to rebuilding and it is believed they have just switched back some of their efforts to research. | |||
