Eyas was overjoyed to be awarded the Nebula Award for his work in teaching his crewmates about his Pythronic heritage, as his Father had wished, and continued to assist his crewmates during both the Camelot and Eratis Crisis missions for as long as he could, but his illness finally began to overtake him. After another fierce fight in a faulty holodeck, Eyas mutated into an even larger beast than his previous lapses.
Fortunately, his friends were able to rescue him and get him back to the medical care he needed. Using experimental Borg nanites donated by [[Wilde, Danny|Lt.Cmdr Danny Wilde]], Eyas was restored to his Pythron form, but the damage to his internal organs was severe. His lungs are now biosynthetic organs. When Eyas discovered that the whole mission had been one long training exercise dreamed up by Star Fleet, and not a real mission, he was crest fallen that he had put his life on the line for nothing more than a 'team building' scenario.

* '''Temperament''': Eyas is usually calm and doesn't panic when in danger. He is always eager to please his superiors and fiercely loyal to his family, friends and colleagues. He sometimes becomes frustrated if things he believes are wrong are not corrected. His greatest fears usually come from unseen dangers. Eyas would rather face twenty armed opponents in full view in front of him, than one hiding in the shadows.

* '''Mental problems (complexes and phobias)''': Has suffered from depression and some psychological trauma from his experiences on the Wheeler and Bilire missions. Mild Claustrophobia. Finds it difficult to relax in large social groups and parties.

* '''Physical Limitations''': Strong and athletic, Eyas main limitation is fitting into jefferies tubes or other narrow spaces. He also needs to take a regular dose of antidote to control a parasite that is trying to de-code his DNA. He is banned from using the Transporter for a similar reason.
* '''Physical Limitations''': Due to the injuries he sustained during 'Hologate', Eyas now has artifical lungs created using experimental Borg nanites donated by [[Wilde, Danny|Lt.Cmdr Danny Wilde]]. The lungs are in fact biosynthetic organs that allow direct respiration from a liquid medium. This 'side-effect' means that Eyas can breath under water like a fish. However, the nanites also make his blood highly toxic to anyone else who comes into contact with it. Otherwise, Eyas is strong and athletic, so his main limitation is fitting into jefferies tubes or other narrow spaces.
