Xott

Xott, also known as "Xott the Merciful" was an ancient Bolian despot who was also a noted poet. He was the writer of the Lays of Zemnsuirahh, which is allegedly auto-biographical. The name "Xott the Merciful" is a joke, as he was universally regarded as a tyrant.
