The USS Yenisei is a Starfleet Danube class runabout named for the Yenisei River on Earth, the largest river that flows to the Arctic Ocean.

In 2397, while returning to Federation space from Krios Prime, Roshanara Rahman and Tristam Core dropped off Aron Kells at the Duronis II Embassy, where he was to take command of the USS Thor.
