Wallace Williams/Psychological Evaluation

Wallace is Trustworthy, loyal, friendly, quick on the draw but not trigger happy and defensive when he cares about people. He can be, however, quick to act and is known to act before asking due to enthusiasm, he does not show intent to mess with the chain of command on purpose.

PSYCHOLOGICAL RECORD
NOTICE: This personnel record and any attached reports are confidential and intended solely for the use of authorized officers of sufficient clearance. Violations of confidentiality are subject to punishment under the Federation Uniform Code of Justice.

Wallace is an amateur military historian, he enjoys talking about the equipment used in ancient times and wars.

Note of interest to CO: Wallace is known to ask questions about his orders while obeying them. He values other people's opinions and appreciates it to be heard, and his opinion valued.

Note of interest to counselling: Wallace seems to be struck by night terrors due to the Loss of Friends and squad members over the years, these seem to currently not affect his work.

Wallace "listens to his head" in a combat scenario but defaults to letting his heart and emotions decide what to do in almost any other situation that allows for it. Usually reflecting about what had happened after the decision was made. This usually leads to "problems" With more logical species such as Vulcans.
