Chalan Fuliar
Chalan Fuliar is a Bajoran journalist who works for the Federation News Service. Prior to working the FNS, he was a political commentator for Bajor Now and served as spokesperson for Councillor Krim Aldos, Bajoran's representative to the Federation Council.
