* Tepache -- a drink made with fermented pineapple. On Earth, it is sweetened with brown or cane sugar, and seasoned with cinnamon. Though Lolagi IV grows its own pineapples (brought by the original settlers), a native root is used for the sweetener, while the zest of a local citrus fruit provides a cinnamon-like taste to the beverage.
