In 2393, criminal members of the Orion Syndicate (calling themselves as the Jenatris Confederation) broke into the Below using the two remaining, undiscovered pathways into the level. They started working to re-initiate its presence on StarBase 118. However with the corruption in Starfleet Command that prompted the creation of 'the Below' having moved to Raskor I, this time their movements did not go unnoticed. | |||
