Eyas performed adequately during the early stages of the Bilire mission to help Romulan refugees set up a new colony after the destruction of Hobus, but after an attack by the [[Reapers]] upon the Independence, Eyas and other senior officers were recalled to the ship to fight the intruders and rescue comrades who had been ‘collected’.
