USS Kodiak: Difference between revisions

The original Galaxy Class, USS Kodiak launched on stardate 237603.29 under the command of Captain [[Rendary, Jasen|Jasen Rendary]].  This version of the Kodiak was unfortunately short lived as the starship was damaged beyond repair in a border dispute with the Tholians that also cost the life of her only commanding officer, Captain Rendary.  The next iteration of the Kodiak would be created as a Dauntless Class vessel under the command of the original Kodiak's first officer, Captain [[Vedoc, Lang|Lang Vedoc]], on stardate 237608.01.  The original Kodiak is also notable as being the first ship that future Rear Admiral [[Hollis_Calley|Hollis]] served aboard.  Hollis would later go on to command the [[USS Kodiak-A]] and the [[USS Kodiak-B]].
