			In late 2398, Talos' request for full reinstatement was approved, pending an Audit of a Starfleet Academy Final Exam. His rank restored, Talos found it difficult to find assignments on a ship or base, given his history. Once again, Colt Daniels put in a good word for him with Fleet Captain [[Kali Nicholotti]] affording him one more chance. He was assigned to the [[USS Resolution]] as an Intelligence Officer in 239810.
