Marcus Dwight was born in Philadelphia in 1971. He grew up having a relatively normal life, going into the engineering field during the start of the Eugenics war, in which his parents and younger sister sadly passed away. Wanting to do more, he decided to apply to the Philadelphia Augmentation Lab to go through the process of augmentation when he turned 19 in the years 1992 to help fight and protect his home.
