	Utilizing advancements in sensors and scanning technology, the newer ''[[ma:Intrepid class\|Intrepid]]''-class starships not only feature a Stellar Cartography lab, located on the starboard side of Deck 8, but the revolutionary '''Sensor Operations Stations''' lab, on the port side.
