+Frankie Ryan (RS-161-234) is a human (T2/E4) male and an active serving member of Starfleet.Ryan enlisted in Starfleet Academy utilising his social sciences background, to train into his Duty Role, while also completing the four year Curriculum assigned to all officers of the fleet, receiving an exemplary education. He is currently assigned to StarBase 118 Ops.

+Francis Ryan aka Frankie was born 236711.16 in Raycliffe, North Carolina to Hunter and Anela Ryan, a modest shuttle pilot and waitress civilians on Earth,Sol.
+Frankie’s upbringing was unexciting and standard for civilian life.  He attended both primary and secondary education in his home town gaining his Diploma. He later attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and finished with a bachelors degree in Social Sciences.  While there he was a hitter for Charlotte 49ers baseball team, and it is said that he had promise to continue after the collegiate level. It is from here that he began to attend Starfleet Academy.

He is proficient in conversational Vulcan gaining recognition for his civilian abilities during the course of the curriculum. In 2388 during they announced they would be having a daughter. Arya Ryan was born 238905 and has since turned five years old. At the request of Ensign Ryan and signed off by the command of StarBase118 Ops, his family will join him while he acts out his duties as counsellor. His good relationship with her family and overall respect for her heritage prompted his learning of the Vulcan language, which he would study further at Starfleet Academy.

While this does not seem to give him Any specialised abilities in comparison to a Deltan, it is to be assumed that during the course of his training and into the future that he will be tapping (even if inadvertently) into a emphatic sensing ability of undetermined power.
