Del'ack is bald with an average build. He wears a long grayish trench coat and goggles that constantly hide his eyes. He wears fingerless gloves and his features are hard and cruel. He wears belts and straps that crisscrossed his body over his plain clothes under the coat. His entire body posture screams intensity, eagerness, danger.

Kev was one of the Angosian volunteers who underwent intensive biochemical alterations before being sent into war. After the war he was banished to the penal colony on lunar V. When a number of the prisoners escaped and went to the planet to force the government to reverse the effects of the treatments he fled the system.

He traveled the stars offering his skills to the highest bidder until he finally discovered the city of Mith on Cart'hen III. Here he felt he had finally found a home. He joined the gangs and after a while founded his own.

He makes all his gang members shave their heads and wear grayish trench coats.
