|COUNSELORNOTES=Patient arrived on medical leave from the USS Montreal. Upon receiving patients medical record and giving sufficient time for memory recovery an assessment of autism diagnostic qualifications was given. Patient was diagnosed with a mild version of autism with a sub diagnosis of sensory processing disorder as most of the documented issues stemmed from that. It is to be noted that the patient has a hard time processing new information or understanding what to do when not given clear instructions. When such things occur a meltdown or sensory overload might happen.
