The first time Max properly encountered Alora he was not at his best. His apartment was a mess - strewn with takeout containers and empty beer bottles - and Max himself was in a fairly drunken state. Alora's intended getting-to-know-you visit turned out quite differently as the dishevelled and angry man sad on the floor quickly became a sobbing wreck at the offer of a friendly ear. Since then, Max and Alora have worked together several times, and quite often found themselves sharing adventures when not on duty. The pair have become good friends, Alora also becoming one of a chosen few to be adopted by Max's daughter Milly. | |||
